Jackson Miller joined the team at Oltmans Construction Co. in 1988 as an Assistant Project Manager. He subsequently spent three years gaining valuable background experience while working under the direction of several of the Oltmans’ project managers.In 1991, Jack was transferred to Oltmans satellite office in Orange County, California and was re-classified as a salesman for the shell division. Shortly after, Jack moved on site to our Coca-Cola Syrup manufacturing plant project located in Ontario, California, where he gained field experience by overseeing the actual construction of the new plant and at the same time the on-site experience of working together with an Owner’s representative and their Architect.Another move in 1994 brought Jack back to Oltmans’ main corporate headquarters office in Whittier, California, where he began to sell, estimate and construct a variety of Tenant Improvement Projects. Jack clearly found his specialty niche and was eventually elevated to his current position being named Director of the Special Projects Division in 2009.
