A catchment manager of Severn Trent’s wastewater operations, covering a large drainage area across south Birmingham & Solihull.My core responsibilities included:- Oversight of all drainage activity in my catchment area which covered all of Solihull and southern Birmingham- Managing the customer base across the patch- Driving the delivery and resolution of escalated or complex issues and incidents- Proactively mitigating issues and driving performance improvements- Closely working with a number of external stakeholders including our suppliers, the local authorities and the Environment Agency, maintaining strong relationships to ensure for a seamless collaboration

A lead analyst in the Contract Management team, providing detailed and insightful data analysis across a number of Severn Trent’s biggest contracts. I worked primarily on the waste networks contract, tracking and monitoring our suppliers performance to aid with timely commercial management of the contract.
