I have been the DRG Abacus Project Coordinator since September 2020.Role responsibilities:- Drafting and redlining client and vendor statements of work/change work orders etc.- Processing contracts through multiple systems including Salesforce, CMAP and Workday- Liaising with internal and external project teams to resolve any contracting issues - Liaising with internal and external legal departments to process contracts- Raising/obtaining Purchase Orders - Facilitating communications between DRG Abacus and clients/vendors- Producing experience slides- Completing monthly Excel data extraction and analysis- Resolving any day to day issues which the internal project teams may need assistance with- Working with colleagues, clients and vendors from all over the World.Key skills/knowledge:- Salesforce- CMAP- Workday- Microsoft Excel- Microsoft Word- Microsoft PowerPoint- Outlook Email- Organised- Punctual - Reliable- Experienced and comfortable communicating with people all over the WorldMy previous work experience is varied having worked as a senior sports journalist for a television company called M&Y Media Ltd. In this role I was responsible for sourcing stories, liasing with athlete agents/coaches/sponsors etc to arrange filming opportunities, directing shoots, writing and delivering questions for interviews with people all over the world. I was also the Site Supervisor for a UK-based Plant Hire/construction company called D&M Plant Hire Ltd. My role was reliant upon constant clear communication between D&M's senior management and work force, along with the client's site teams. I was also responsible for implementing health & safety policies, time, records and resource management along with any other specified policies the particular client may have required. Despite the varied nature of my career to date, there are a few key skills/values which have enabled me to successfully complete my roles to the standard required and beyond. These are a strong grasp of language, exceptional communication skills, punctuality, reliability and an insatiable appetite to learn and develop new skills.
