I am a Diversity and Inclusion professional, currently co-leading the Products and Services function at the not-for-profit WISE Campaign. I own the management and delivery of our diversity and inclusion training and support measures, including the Ten Steps benchmarking we offer and the events we run for our member organisations. I am WISE's D&I subject matter expert and as such provide key input to our research projects and workforce data analysis, as well as to the bespoke and large-scale projects we run.I have previous experience as a Project Leader within HR at Network Rail, specializing in governance and assurance. This, combined with my CIPD HR Management Level 5 qualification, has given me an excellent understanding of a wide range of HR processes and how to govern and assure them robustly. Before this role I was a HR Graduate, with experience in HR Operations and Industrial Relations, along with a rotation with the North and East Route HR team in a HRBP Support role. I am trained in the theory and practice of Systems Thinking, and have also previously undertaken rotations in Diversity and Inclusion, Integrated Talent Solutions and Capability and Development teams, all of which have contributed to my well-rounded understanding of various fields within HR.In 2019 I finished my BSc in International Management with American Business studies at the Alliance Manchester Business School, which included a study abroad year at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.
