I'm excited to announce that I'll be co-leading the Products and Services function at WISE with the fabulous Katherine Watson.I will continue to bring subject matter expertise across Diversity and Inclusion to WISE and will now take ownership of the management and delivery of our training and support measures, with Katherine taking ownership of our projects and data work.We have an ambitious operational plan in place for 2022/23 that we can't wait to start delivering against and I'm looking forward to playing a key role in taking WISE forward and continuing to deliver women-centered EDI solutions to STEM industries.

As a Diversity & Inclusion lead at WISE, I will be working with partner organisations to help them become more inclusive and promote gender balance and diversity. I'll be responsible for delivering Diversity & Inclusion and Unconscious Bias training, as well as taking organisations through Wise's holistic Ten Steps programme to address and improve inclusivity (including benchmarking against other member organisations).As a Diversity and Inclusion champion with formal experience with an in-house Diversity and Inclusion function, as well as a former member of the Archway Leadership Team at Network Rail, I'll be bringing my expertise and passion to this new role and looking to make a real difference to the organisations I work with.

I am currently on the HR graduate scheme at Network Rail. I am on my first rotation with the Integrated Talent Solutions team, and within the wider team I sit within New Entrants. I am currently running the Graduate Attraction campaign, and my responsibilities include:Working directly with universities to help organise our presence at careers fairs (ensuring we have plenty of well-briefed volunteers and the right promotional material and collateral at each fair) and running skill sessions which can cover anything from mock interviews, practice assessment centres, interview advice and speed networking.Sitting on recruiter panels held at different universities, working together to offer insights both into our own organisations and the application and selection process for graduates as a whole.Working directly with online suppliers such as Target, Gradcracker, Bavarde, RateMyPlacement and MyKindaFuture, providing them with content and media for marketing emails, strategically organising where and when we use advertising with them and creating content for social media posts.Directly sourcing graduates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Gradcracker, and helping to connect with students to provide information about our scheme and persuade the best graduate talent to join Network Rail
