My role alone at Jardine motors Kent is to handle incoming enquires, book in and see customers for test drives, organise valeting for my handovers and introduce customers to there grenadier with the appropriate paper when they collect there new or used Grenadiers once they have purchased though the INEOS Grenadier website, Jardine Motors Website or if I have personally found and sold them a Grenadier.With use of my customer and retail skills I will find out information about my clients to guide them through the INEOS Grenadier range exploring what they truly want from there car and the roll they plan to use the tool for, I will then recommend a Grenadier model, spec and accessories that I know the customer will get the most out of when they receive there Grenadier and leave our clubhouse to begin there exciting adventures doing what they wanted to achieve with there new and extreme off-roading and agricultural Tool.
