In my role as a Retail Support Executive for Swansway Group, I was responsible for taking phone calls and making phone calls to arrange servicing for Volkswagen vehicles. This role required a high level of phone etiquette as well as customer service and wanting to find the best outcome for a customer.

In my role as a customer service advisor, I helped customers with their cashback queries, this can range from cashback not showing within their account to cashback being declined by the retailer. This role required high levels of customer service, time management, initiative and genuine compassion for a customer. As a senior I was the go to point for staff before going to management for enquiries, and also handled any escalations that may come through.

I began my Flip Out career as a receptionist before being cross trained in all roles of the business such as arena monitoring and party hosting, and then achieving a promotion to supervisor. All the roles at Flip Out required extremely high levels of customer service and I had specific positive feedback on my performance from staff.

Working as part of a team to ensure my designated areas were cleaned efficiently as well as safely moving furniture requiring high levels of team player skills. My work ethic was rewarded by being selected to work as a Caretaker in different properties within the Staffordshire area which included the responsibility of opening and closing office buildings in the morning.

This job required high levels of responsibility. I was a key holder for the store and had to open and close each day. Conducting critical security checks upon opening and closing of the building.
