Finally, in the underwriting department, collaborating with the credit team, I learned to review loan applications and learned about risk assessment and decision-making. Throughout the internship, I gained valuable experience in client interaction, financial analysis, and the overall floorplan lending process, working with numerous departments to understand how the lending workflow supports the institution's objectives.
