Currently a Juris Doctor candidate with Business Law Honors Concentration at the Maurice A. Deane Law School at Hofstra University. Previously, I was a two-year captain of the Adelphi University baseball team where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and a Minor in Spanish. Through collegiate athletics, I became a driven leader with a passion for bettering myself and everyone around me. Upon obtaining my B.S. I worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Sports Management Department at Adelphi University. Throughout my time in this position, I curated various forms of social media content for our pages and helped use data-driven marketing strategies to increase engagement and traffic to our program.As a driven and dedicated legal professional, I have cultivated a strong foundation in both commercial litigation and corporate law through my experience(s) as a Summer Associate. During my time at these firms, I conducted comprehensive legal research, drafted motions and memoranda, and assisted in litigation preparation. This hands on experience sharpened my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of complex commercial disputes. I also gained valuable insights into corporate law, working on various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance issues. I collaborated with attorneys to draft key transactional documents which enhanced my strategic thinking and attention to detail. My diverse experience has equipped me with a versatile legal skill set, and I'm passionate about leveraging this expertise to drive successful outcomes for clients in the near future.
