Office Manager
CurrentAs Studio Manager, I support the owner in day-to-day operations of the fitness studio. This includes coordinating with leadership as to staffing, training, marketing, and customer service functions for both clients and employees. Specific tasks include: - organizing appointments for clients- maintaining client records in order to ensure confidentiality- handling logistics for staff scheduling- generating client progress reports to track improvement- using primary Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook email, Teams, and SharePoint in order to manage studio operations.
