Hello! 👋 My name is Jack. The world is filled with interesting people, and that’s why I chose a career in tourism – to give me the opportunity to interact with people from across the globe. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked as a sales and operations manager for almost 20 years at one of the largest inbound tourist companies in Israel. While working in tourism sales, I had a hand in many aspects of the operation, including production, hospitality, hotel operations, business development, products, and sales. Thanks to my time in tourism sales, I have extensive experience managing a large team, defining a long-term vision and never taking my eye off the big picture, paying attention to the small details, analyzing market research and data reports, and setting aggressive goals for increasing sales and revenue volume. I’m always thinking strategically about how to take a business forward, expanding it beyond the point where it is now. A naturally creative thinker, I want to find the best way to operate, identify what can be done differently, and determine how to better meet customer needs and turn their regular experience into a special memory. My goal is to give every client and audience that “wow” moment and help them remember the company favorably.
