Mixing and serving of beverages to a variety of different customers. Knowledgeable in a wide selection of drinks including; wines, spirits, beers, whiskies, coffees, and cocktails. Assuming the role of bar supervisor when any issues are brought to attention, including assisting customers and dealing with complaints. Management of checks when working dispense bar, using resource and time management skills. Ability to work and focus while under pressure from distractions, interruptions, and loud music. Consistently keeping an open and friendly attitude while serving customers.
