My role in Billing & Dispute Resolution & Credit control holds me responsible for the set of activities associated with the analysis of vendor billing data. it is my job to review and analyse customer invoices for billing accuracy to reconcile and negotiate billing error settlements with vendors on behalf of customers. I will use a complex set of expertise I have acquired to ensure any invoice and inventory discrepancies are resolved in an equitable fashion. All accounts are analyzed on a monthly basis. I must periodically contact customers who are unable or refuse to pay their debts., Should this be through writing, telecom or personal contact.
