CurrentService Manager for a 200 unit property,Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operation of apartment community, by organizing, delegating and following up with work orders, providing support and instructing maintenance staff in performing duties as assigned ensuring the timely completion of the same.Responsible for all maintenance operations including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, painting, molding, appliances, carpentry, electrical repairs,Responsible for general as well as preventative maintenance repairs.Ensuring that all maintenance activities in a facility are appropriately carried out.Maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of an organization.Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a cycle of the same, including filing purchase orders and other documentations for the procurement of spare and replacement parts.Ensuring proper working shifts of employees.Recruiting maintenance staffProvides support and instruction to all maintenance personnel to create a safe, efficient, quality organization, complying with all safety regulations.
