A 24 year old ambitious worker seeking an opportunity to support myself while pursuing my education. From 2017 - 2020 I worked various positions in the food service industry. During the coronavirus pandemic in 2021 I pivoted from food service to taking an entry level position at a cannabis delivery company, where through hard work and initiative I rose to the position of general manager, managing a team of 30 employees and running a business that generated nearly 2 million dollars a year in revenue. As general manager I was on call 24/7, and handled all aspects of the business from scheduling and payroll to employee discipline and regulation/compliance. Currently I feel as though I have hit a ceiling in what I am able to do with this position, and desire a more stable and friendly work environment ripe for growth and expansion, while enabling me to continue pursuing my education.
