The company is committing significant resources to upgrade its technology platform to maintain its position as a leading global tour provider. The IT Director will manage a small IT team as well as all IT vendor relationships. You will be expected to participate in planning and to oversee implementation for future IT services and systems. The specification stage is currently underway and due for completion in December 2013. You will also be required to manage existing software systems during the transition to the new company-wide solution. The focus for this role is on software development rather than systems administration and your experience should reflect this.
