A Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for developing partnerships with our client accounts by working directly with the client staffing team, hiring managers (Manager or Director level), or account team, to develop and enhance strategies that ensure successful delivery of staffing services. The primary focus of the role is to identify and select top level candidates for key openings within Stellantis. A CRM is responsible for building and managing relationships within assigned operating units to fully understand the needs of the client. • Directed the recruiting efforts for large clients such as CoStar Group, Stellantis Fiat Chrysler, StarPlus Energy, Apria Healthcare, and Majesco. I have focused primarily on IT (software, mobile, UI/UX), engineering, and sales.• Managed the full life cycle recruitment process with anywhere from 30 to 60 requisitions at a time. • Completed AIRS training for certificates in Diversity and Inclusion, Social Media, and Professional Recruiting.• Met directly with hiring managers and HR staff daily to assist with their hiring needs in a consultative fashion.• Received a significant pay raise in 2019, have scored exceptionally well on all my performance reviews, and have received numerous positive comments from the clients that I have supported as well as my superiors at ADP. • Led the training process for new recruiters. • Guided the recruiting efforts for a new start-up agency, specializing in direct hire placements for IT and Engineering roles.• Led the company with 12 direct hires in 2017 for a total of $15,000 in commission.

• Analyzed the in-house filing process and streamlined multiple procedures, increasing web traffic and saving the firm over $100k. • Advised clients in selecting an investment product that fit their needs while cross selling other estate planning products.• Updated the company website as well as the LinkedIn page.

• Managed the registration of 400 players, coaches and media for the IMG Madden Football Academy 7on7 Championships.• Point of contact for 200 players and their agents during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers mini-camp and NFLPA rookie symposium.• Developed a process for Under Armour to efficiently inventory and allocate apparel among the 9 different divisions on campus.• Assisted with the implementation of sponsorship plans for Gatorade, Under Armour, TRX, and Power Plate.• Organized a Gatorade corporate education conference for 100 Gatorade executives on campus. • Worked closely with Gatorade and Under Armour to ensure that all sponsorships were activated to their satisfaction.• Contributed to the research and development process of taking the IMG Madden Football 7on7 Championships nationwide.
