After leaving university I spent some time behind bars to have a constant income whilst also pursuing my interest in music. Now a few years down the line my love of bar tending has continued to grow and I have become more and more passionate about this line of work. This is why I have decided to make the jump into London and am looking for somewhere I can settle in and continue to grow my skills with plenty of new challenges that come with working in London. My main passion for the industry is cocktails! Studying old recipes, reading up on methods and techniques as well as continuously developing and creating my own are some of the reasons I have chosen to make a career out of hospitality. I have also taken numerous wine courses over the years and completed a course in equal level to the WSET level 2, however I am eager to take the actual WSET courses as soon as I can, as well as having a love deep for whiskey, gin and rum based drinks. On top of drinks I've also had to jump on the restaurant floor in multiple work places and filled in for waiters all the way up to restaurant managers, I've even spent a little time in the kitchen.
