Directed a staff of eight people, including engineer and surveyors. Managed and processed multiple projects on time and under budget. Processed plans and provided civil services throughout the greater Sacramento area including the City and County of Sacramento, the State of California; Responded to Request for Proposal's and Request for Qualifications from both the public and private sector. As a civil engineering company averaged 20% growth over the 12 years of our existence. Developed high quality client list with consistent repeat customers.Spearheaded many high profile projects in California such as: - Raley Field - a design build 20,000 seat sports facility and major road design. Provided project management and coordination which included extensive scheduling due to time constraints. Designed 3000 feet of storm drain line and well over 1000 feet of sewer main, necessary for infrastructure. This project also included separate rough grading and final grading plans, an area drainage report as well as Cal Trans plans for Highway 275. The project was completed under very tight timeframes and under budget. - Mather Air Force Base Redevelopment - Design and drafted over 6.5 million in infrastructure improvements. Provided project management and coordination for the duration of the project. This included 5000 LF of public roadway improvements, 3800 LF of major storm line, 1700 LF of major sewer main and 4300 LF of major water line. This also included joint trench plan throughout the base. This work was completed on time and below the original estimated engineering cost.; This project was taken from tentative map thru construction. This project included grading (earthwork), major roadway design, major existing water line relocation(800 LF), major water line (1000 LF), major sewer line relocation (800 LF) and major storm drain realignment (500 LF). Provided project management and coordinated design with over six different public jurisdictions.

Designed and drafted the major subdivisions in east Elk Grove. This included major road widening design, major utility design and construction cost estimating. I worked on a contract basis until I was ready to start my own firm.

Provided Plan Checking services for the Town of Loomis.Designed and drafted multiple subdivisions for Empire Ranch, Folsom CA. This included complete construction drawings, project management, major road design, earthwork calculations, cost estimates, SWPPP and erosion Control plans.

Designed and drafted residential subdivisions for a master planned community in El Dorado County. This included complete construction drawings, major road & utility design, earthwork calculations, cost estimates, SWPPP and erosion control plans. Design and drafted several commercial developments throughout El Dorado County.
