•At Hawk Training as the Apprenticeship Engagement Advisor is to predominantly provide a quality information, advice and guidance service to both individuals and organisations. In addition to this, 30% of the role is to complete Apprenticeship recruitment coordination including learner matching against vacancies sourced by the Business Development team, liaising with employers to arrange interviews. My duties include; •Carry out Information Advice and Guidance assessments with potential learners and Line manager in preparation for enrolment onto identified programmes in a timely manner.•Undertake information, advice and guidance activities for successful candidates ensuring all documentation is completed in line with internal process and funding requirements.•Ensuring candidate eligibility for the programme for both recruited and work based candidates.•Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of learner enrolment while providing accurate information provided in diary invite to all parties.•Working directly with the Business Development Account Managers to plan and organise cohort enrolments in a timely manner. •Liaising with the operational managers to forecast that all candidates are allocated tutors and all tutors have provided dates to conduct enrolments to prevent downtime. •Running and circulating finance reports weekly to the SMT.•Supporting the BD Admin Team to make certain they are supported, trained up on all processes and have a point of contact if the BD support manager is unavailable. •Ensuring the internal apprenticeship recruitment processes are followed accurately and a quality service is provided to both employers and potential candidate. •Ensure vacancy advertisements are accurate and up to date on Hawk and NAS websites and ensuring that all advertisements promote equal opportunities.•Conduct telephone and face to face interviews with candidates from a range of sources.

•While working within the Data and funding department, my main responsibility was managing and keeping up to date learner information we had on the database, making sure the stored information was up to the Educational Skills Funding Agency standards. Some key responsibilities of mine were;•Leading the data team, providing guidance, support and training in all area’s covered by the team.•Managing the data inputted onto the company database (Maytas & PICs), ensuring accuracy and reliability.•Auditing documents to make sure they meet ESFA requirements.•Contacting clients regarding incorrect data/paperwork to avoid funding issues.•Meeting monthly claim deadlines and taking appropriate action if any issues occur. •Cross referencing data between the database and the web-based Apprenticeship system.•Accessing and amending automated funding reports.•Reviewing and updating any forms used on a company scale.•Chairing Data Forums to discuss and review qualitative and quantitative data every quarter with the SMT.•Processing starts, monitoring data, keeping paperwork up to date and claiming achievers under the Scotland Modern Apprenticeship Contract. •Registering learners for their functional skills and sub qualifications such as ILM.•Managing learners’ programme certificates. Ensuring they are registered at programme start and claimed at programme end.•Now managing the cohort requests sent through the apprenticeship system from Levy Employers.•Registering the metropolitan police students for their Certificate Knowledge of Policing programmes and claiming their certificates upon completion.

• As the IT First Line Support I was the main point of contact to assist and resolve IT issues that would occur. My role was to act as quickly and efficiently as I could so colleagues would not experience any downtime. Some key responsibilities of mine were; • First line support for any IT risks and issues.• Allocating and setting up new equipment for new colleagues.• Backing up and wiping old equipment that is no longer in use.• Being responsible for all PCs and Laptops that were required for exams and workshops.• Ordering toner for the multiple printers in all the company’s offices.• Creating and monitoring all electronic forms on the web-based form capture system.
