As an ambassador for my university, I ensured that the university was sold to perspective students in a persuasive and favourable fashion. This involved me talking to large groups of parents and students in a dual marketing effort to inform the parents of the positive academic support available and how the university can enrich the lives of their children. Also engaging the prospective students by demonstrating and giving examples of how much fun university can be.

Through my two years with the organisation I gained experience in excellent customer service and communication, both with individuals and working in group situations. These transferable skills have proved invaluable.My main responsibility whilst there, was to build customer relations through the service I provided in order to enhance life time customer value. Other day to day tasks included stock take, replenishment, and rotation, giving me a keen attention to detail with ordering products in date value to avoid shrinkage within the business. As I progressed as an individual in the business I was given the responsibility for the training and development of some new staff members, something that helped me build relationships within the partnership.
