As the Head of Research Operations at PlaytestCloud, I am responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the Research Operations department. My role involves leading a talented team of professionals to ensure all of our circa 4000 playtests/year are delivered on-time with the highest quality standards and that our player panel of over 1,000,000 is kept in order.
