• Onboarded sporting events to IMG Arena platform.• Checked schedules, ensuring events had correct information.• Collaborated with federations to find out which sport matches IMG Arena will stream.• Created weekly schedules to send out to other teams.• Updated events, to match any schedule changes that federations may have informed us about.

• Oversaw the delivery of live stream sporting events across EMEA, checking footage, audio and GFX including, tennis (UTR, ATP and major tournaments), table tennis, cricket, beach volleyball (FIVB), football (SPFL, NWSL and NISA) and snooker.• Reported with other departments within the business to provide updates, support and guidance on issues that appeared in streams.• Worked closely with Amazon to provide streams for the UTR Tennis tournaments, using M2A Media service systems.• Checked the next day schedule using Excel to track and monitored upcoming content.• Ensured RTMP/SRT links were sent out to production partners ahead of scheduled events.• Notified clients, such as Bet365 and 188bet, of any changes to events. For example, any cancelled matches in tennis tournaments.• Trained new starters on processes and procedures.

• Filmed men’s, women’s and youth team matches at Southampton. • Assisted in live broadcast productions, setting up various pieces of equipment, such as cameras, lighting, audio and vision mixers. • Listened carefully to directors and acted quickly, using own initiative to ensure important and vibrant pieces of action weren’t missed whilst under pressure.• Captured pieces of video during games for social media use and contributed to over 8 million views over 4- months.

Here I assisted with the admissions team at the university. Enrolling students onto course, making sure they have enrolment packs ready for when they start their courses. I also take company booking for the Warsash short courses. This requires good communication with companies, lecturers and other team members. I have a duty of care when dealing with sensitive student data, ensuring I am sticking within the GDPR rules.

• Created social media content, using Adobe Photoshop, Canva and Hootsuite, for the careers department, showcasing the service Solent Future provides for students.• Scheduled postings on Hootsuite re LinkedIn photoshoots, Job Fairs, local company onsite showcases, careers days, CV review hot-desks and mentor meet-ups which grew engagement by 400% over 4-months.• Attended university events to promote the Solent Future student support department. • Worked with the Business School to create short videos of successful students as promotional advertising.

• Given sole rights to film, edit and upload videos to YouTube of matches for the club to use on social media during Covid-19, where fans could not attend games. • Generated ideas for content for the club to put out on social media, such as ‘goal of the month’ videos, enable fans to vote which successfully forged new engagement.• Worked to a brief and liaised with clients on the Armed Forces Day. Produced a video for the club’s charity, Shots Foundation.
