As president of Delta Chi, Beta Chapter at the University of Michigan, I am responsible for the safety and wellbeing of our 140 members. I oversee our 6-member executive board, 4-member social board, and 5-member rush board and sign-off on an all events and budget management. I am in charge of managing our $200,000+ annual budget and connecting our national headquarters to our chapter here in Ann Arbor.

Developing an in-depth understanding of the principles of real estate investing such as property valuation techniques, financing strategies, and risk management practices; consulting on a team for Inspire Brands, a multi-brand restaurant group, to find a new location for their Jimmy John’s in Ann Arbor. Performed real estate location and competitive landscape market research to contribute recommendations for locations based on competitor location, potential to add a drive-through, parking lot size, and proximity to population density.

Learning ESG within the world of business and Impact Investing. I assist in organizing our impact investing and ESG-focused portfolio by researching different companies to support a diversified portfolio with companies that have positive impacts aligned with our ethical and financial goals. Focused on adding local Ann Arbor companies to the portfolio. Consistently contributing to the development of a comprehensive understanding of companies prioritizing sustainability and ESG principles, while working closely with other club members in the setup of our investing model by learning how to manage/mitigate risks and monitor performance.

Raise money for breast cancer awareness through promoting fundraisers and events on campus and via social media and event participation, helping raise over $41,000 for the Rogel Cancer Center.

Summer 2023; Summer 2024Leveraged Excel to create Pro Forma models to track Camp Eight building occupancy as well as available inventory on the market to analyze investment IRR and potential outstanding liabilities. Contributed inventory data to optimize market analysis, asset management reports, and development planning. Compared and analyzed properties deals by company and immediate competitors in the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors to inform future deal terms and diligence. Supported team with project management, underwriting, and PowerPoint preparation for meetings.
