As an Inventory Analyst at Booker Retail Partners, I was responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers across a range of categories, ensuring that stock was always available to our retailers. Combined with this, I also produced regular forecasts for both internal use and also to provide to suppliers and I managed relationships with account managers and logistics companies to ensure that any issues that did arise could be resolved quickly.

My time as a delivery supervisor was spent timetabling deliveries; ensuring that outbound stock conformed to food standards; conducting daily checks of vehicles to ensure that they were road worthy and managing a team of pickers and drivers, providing any necessary training and identifying areas of improvement to maximise the efficiency of the department.

In my role as a Customer Service Coordinator, I made it my mission to ensure that all of our customers had positive experiences while shopping at our branch. This was through ensuring that every member of the customer service team received effective training, clear instructions and personalised task delegations to ensure that we all performed our roles in the most efficient manner possible.
