I have worked in a few differnt types of industries, Such as professinal coatings, trucking logistics, steel erection, machine shop production and my current industry, pipe distribution and water works manufacturing. I have always started at the bottom of every field and worked my way up into a leadership type role. I have learned through my time in the Army that you set your standard of growth and you can achieve it through hard work, positive attitude and personal drive. While I have been in a leadership type role, I work hard at instilling my working type principles that I have learned through my life into my peers to maximize thier drive for succsess profeesinally and personally.
