Jack represents publicly- and privately-held companies, and private equity and venture capital funds, with respect to M&A, capital markets, investment and joint venture transactions, securities law compliance and corporate governance. Based on his practice and community leadership, Jack has received local and national recognition, including being named to the "CleanTech 100" by Legal Media Group (a ranking of the top 100 cleantech and renewable energy attorneys in the U.S), "Up and Coming Lawyer" by Missouri Lawyers Weekly, "Rising Star" by Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers and "40 under Forty" by Ingrams Magazine.Jack currently serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Private Equity Practice Group and Co-Chair of the firm's Associate Development and Mentoring Committee. He is also a member of the firm's Business Development Committee.He is also active in the Kansas City community, serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Community Health Charities of Kansas and Missouri and previously serving two three-year terms as a member of the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Kansas and Greater Kansas City. He is a graduate of Kansas City Tomorrow, a leadership development program sponsored by The Civic Council of Kansas City, and he served as a delegate to the 2014 Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Leadership Exchange (Silicon Valley).
