Jack is an experienced information technology, security & risk executive with extensive experience and proven track record in establishing and leading programs in various technical disciplines. He currently serves as the Director of Operational Risk Governance at Guardian as a member of the Operational Risk Office, where he implemented and is leading the Information Technology and Information Security “IT/IS” oversight program.With his strong knowledge of business processes, information security frameworks like ISO and NIST and regulatory requirements including; HIPAA, GLBA, SEC/FINRA, NYDFS, CCPA and the NAIC data and privacy security models, Jack partners with Information Technology, the Privacy Office and business units fostering collaboration, transparency while driving change through deep dives and root cause analysis enhancing Guardian’s control environment. Prior to joining Guardian, Jack was the was Director of Integration and Shared Services at Prudential Financial, Inc., where he was responsible for the management of all Property and Casualty technical environments and disciplines through the sale of the P&C business and transition/migration period to the buyers of the Prudential Property & Casualty business.
