Worked at Outdoor Voices in their Houston retail store over winter break - during the holiday rush, one of the busiest and most fast-paced times of the year.My responsibilities included assisting customers, restocking inventory, steaming clothes, processing transactions and returns, and reorganizing the floor on a regular basis. This experience taught me how to handle the stress and unpredictability of the holiday season while maintaining focus and delivering excellent service.It taught me to show up to work on time, have a good attitude, always be willing to help where needed, and to do the easy things right - underrated lessons that I carry with me to this day.
