I have always loved a good challenge. Whether it be board games, a good debate, or an unsolved problem. I first found this passion in math but have since discovered it in many fields from data analysis to market research. Now, I’m looking forward to working in a field that is diverse and always offers a new intellectual challenge. I have a very good base in data analytics, being proficient in python and C++ as well as having mastery over excel. Through my previous internship in asset management, I looked over millions of data points to truly understand the patterns behind the numbers and formulate analytics from scratch. I also have a good understanding of knowing the problem and moving to solve it. I was involved in a medical start-up and managed to earn my team a $3000 grant for successful customer discovery and market research. After this, I love to put the idea into action, such as when I helped to develop a successful software program that helped to detect x-ray issues with an accuracy of 97.8 percent. Overall, I have found that the truth is in the numbers and that by truly understanding the meaning behind them, we can accomplish many things more efficiently than before.
