I organize complex projects to fit teams. When working on any new project, I work to improve communication strategies by carefully documenting and implementing feedback. I further innovate existing processes to improve the work environment and keep everyone on the path of innovation. This includes working to distribute a team’s resources appropriately to help everyone be their happiest and most efficient. Last summer at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, I built an artificial intelligence to control scientific instruments. By processing the ideas of 10 scientists and 5 programmers, I designed strategies that created a working product. In the end, it was under budget and saves scientists over one thousand hours yearly.I am currently a second-year Computer Science student at the University of Maryland concentrating in machine learning. I have been programming for 7 years and love the way my brain works while I get to organize and solve problems.
