Two of the clients to whom I provided design services to were Social Vibes & InvizBox Ltd. In both cases I worked on user experience and the user interface of the platforms. My role was to guide the user research and development of an internal digital platform. Here I designed and facilitated multiple research sessions with users from multiple countries. With insights from these sessions, I would create mockups for our digital solution which were then presented to the lead designer. For any designs that progressed from the team, I would facilitate usability and accessibility tests with users from various backgrounds and abilities.

When we think of designing for disability, we often only think of wheelchairs and accessibility ramps. However, the majority of people with diversities have invisible conditions. Flo focuses on designing for neurodiversity and considers how we can support people in navigating the public environment.Flo was the winner of the Enterprise Ireland Commercialisation award in 2020 where the startup received funding to further develop. Flo also participated in Knowledge Transfer Irelands Lean Start Training, alongside supporting stakeholders in the National College of Art and Design, which helped me to learn more about business development and startup strategy.

DigiHub is a technology innovation hub working within Designskolen Kolding. Here I worked on many projects including an award nominee project for a Danish tech company, Kobots.My role in DigiHub was the primary industrial designer and researcher. Organising our design process and conducting workshops, interviews, co-creation events and user-testing sessions with central stakeholders. Conducting client updates and final design presentations to showcase our process and solutions.

I worked on various projects within Mythopoeia ranging from engineering designed concepts for a hospital installation to design solutions for modernising outdated aircraft for international suppliers.
