Lead a creative live-in team of 18 professionals managing the newest and largest undergraduate residence at MIT. Guided community from concept in 2008 through small community to fully operational large (460+) residence. Active contributor to the development, launch and oversight of MIT’s first significant residence-based dining program. Provide research and marketing expertise to MIT’s Global Education programs. Collaborate with colleagues in departments across the Institute.

Effectively collaborate with clients and design teams to create highly effective customer experiences on and across channels - online, telephony, print, live interaction. Working within a structured development process, Jack deploys research and user-centered design methodologies to convert customer insights into actionable data and design recommendations appropriate to development and budgetary requirements.
