Lead a team of data and finance operations analysts and data engineers. Responsible for performance of retirement plan new business implementation team, including coaching and timely setup of startup and conversion plans. Led team through process improvements, reduced time to complete conversions, and time to fund.

Responsible for setup of new retirement plans serving as the primary contact with customer's employee benefits contacts, including site visits. Setup qualified plan documents and amendments and converted plan assets from prior vendors, requiring prior document analysis and mapping as well as complex financial data mapping practices.

Responsible for customer calls as part of a large call center team regarding bank accounts including checking, savings, loans, IRAs and credit cards. Quickly cross-trained into all available paths and led the command center after hours to load balance calls between call centers and mentor other representatives that needed help.

Responsible for customer transactions at the teller window including deposits and withdrawals. Delivered positive, fast, and extremely accurate service. Responsible for weekend teller window operations,
