A media sales and communications expert, Jack Culotta has 8+ years of experience in building brands, client-based marketing, and creative production. After earning his Communications degree at Spring Hill College, Culotta worked in non-profit communication and sales development for five years at Jesuit High School (2017-2020) and Reconcile New Orleans (2020-2022). It was toward the end of his non-profit fundraising journey where he began to chase a dream to work in sports and media sales.His path to WGNO-TV (ABC New Orleans) was not a traditional route. He accepted a position as Sales Director and Digital Sports Reporter for an upstart company (Boot Krewe Media, LLC) where he built a digital network and podcast called Talk Culotta, where he “talks a lotta” sports. The role as sales director allowed Jack to network with growing and established businesses seeking social media mangement and organized digital content to increase its own customer outreach and sales. Since 2022, Jack has produced and edited sports reports and live sports shows on the New Orleans Saints, Pelicans, Loyola Basketball’s ’22 National Championship, LSU/Tulane/UNO Athletics, and LHSAA prep sports through freelance writer positions for NOLA.com and Crescent CitySports.com. His podcast featured special guests through a native lens of New Orleans, a city that continues to recover, restore and rally behind its sports teams. Talk Culotta Sports’ Featured Guests include Saints kicker Wil Lutz, LSU quarterback Myles Brennan, baseball legend Will Clark, volleyball star Kristen Nuss, PGA golfer Chris DiMarco and other local figures like Mike Hoss, Jeff Duncan, Ryan Griffin, Rick George, Bobby Hebert and Kelly Gibson.
