As a business analyst at Opkalla, I work to take the inefficiencies and bias out of the IT sales process for organizations of all sizes. Opkalla provides vendor transparency by presenting clients with the pros and cons of all of the best providers for Unified Communications, Contact Center Support, Cloud & Colocation, Connectivity & Voice, Security, Telecom Expense Management, Mobile Data Management, and Financing.I am also a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill studying Business Administration.Through a variety of courses, I am continually developing my writing skills, allowing me to express analytical thought clearly and precisely. In my current introductory course at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, I regularly prepare targeted market analysis reports. I have also gained coding and basic data analysis experience through personal projects and my completion of the introductory programming class at UNC. Such work has sharpened my Excel skills and taught me the fundamentals of data analysis.I believe the experience I continue to acquire can help me provide value to firms conducting data-driven analysis.
