In 2020, with Richard Gill we founded additive+ the advertising personalisation specialists with a view to building a first class business that can support brands, media agencies, creative agencies and publishers with the personalisation of paid media.An experienced Advertising Director with a strong background in creative, personalisation of creative, ATL, events, sponsorship and sports marketing. Keen sportsmen with interests in tennis, cricket, snowboarding and skiing, rugby union, football, cycling, motorsports and sailing.In 2014 my wife and I moved to Myanmar (Burma) at a time when the country was opening up to foreign aid and investment. I joined Ogilvy & Mather Myanmar as an Advertising Account Director leading on the market re-entry for Coca-Cola and its portfolio brands, as well as volunteering with an INGO specialising in agricultural development. The INGO developed a food product with local farmers and we supported in developing a brand and farm-to-market strategy. After two years in Myanmar my wife and I moved back to Edinburgh to have our first child (April 2016) and I subsequently joined Dentsu Aegis Network, working on the new offering of Personalised / Dynamic Creative across all digital channels - Presto.
