Responsible for coaching our league, planning training sessions, attending coaching meetings, team selection, coaching plans, collating and planning coaching calendar based on availability, reviewing games, analysing game footage, and understanding individual skating levels and how to approach that from a coaching perspective. I am also a head mentor for a group of 6 people, dealing with goal setting and monitoring.

As a volunteer Board member for my roller derby league, I work with six other people to ensure the following is carried out: - Grievance issues are dealt with promptly - Ensuring by-laws and constitution are kept up-to-date - Complying with GDPR policies - Arranging and chairing AGMs and EGMs throughout the year - Any changes to the league's structure are brought to the league for a vote - Maintaining open communication with all league members - Overseeing committees

I traffic and track campaigns, working across multiple dashboards and systems whilst liaising with many different media owners and providers, and also providing valuable insights into how our dynamic creative offering is performing. I also work with internal and 3rd parties to improve our Viewability figures by carefully monitoring and reporting on performance. I also work with Datorama, a data analysis and reporting platform. This involves troubleshooting any issues and working with a systems team to rectify them in a timely fashion.

As a Section Leader, I was responsible for the entire George clothing department in the second biggest Asda store in Scotland.I was in charge of a team of 30 colleagues and my roles and responsibilities included: - Ensuring visual merchandising briefs were planned and implemented on time, including signing off the briefs when complete - Planning shop floor flows and layouts - Ensuring deliveries and warehouse stock were turned based on the One Best Way of working - Liaising directly with line, store and regional managers on a daily basis to discuss plans and solutions to any problems - Second in command to regional manager, dealing with conference calls and paperwork while she was on annual leave - Planning, executing and managing all sale events within the department - Executing creative merchandising displays to coincide with public events and releases - Speaking to customers on a daily basis and also dealing with any complaints made, ensuring they were solved in a way that was within the company guidelines - Having difficult conversations with colleagues when processes or company guidelines were not adhered toDuring my time I managed to take our sale event sell-through results from bottom of the region (32 stores) to 4th in the region within 6 months. I also created a Minions display that coincided with the movie release that the regional manager saw and used as a brief for the other stores in the area.I worked as a shopfloor assistant previous to this role from October 2011 to December 2015 which gave me excellent customer service, time management and teamwork skills.
