Responsible for overseeing print production on EFI Vutek 3r+ large format printer. Loading material, printer maintenance, and quality control.

I am currently an office manager at Protech Motorsports Inc as well as a mechanic. Protech Motorsports Inc is a family owned business that specializes in German automobile repair. Customer service is my speciality, as I help in scheduling customers to get their cars serviced. I also am in charge of parts inventory. When the customers come to both drop off and pick up their cars, I make sure their service experience is top notch. I also assist in accounting and management of the company's finances. I oversee accounts payable and process payroll and ensure the taxes are paid. I also performed tasks such as oil changes, mounting tires, alignments, and brake changes. This job has further improved my customer service skills and has taught me the basics of car anatomy. I have experience using Microsoft Excel, and Word. I have enhanced photos for Protech Motorsports using Adobe Photoshop for them to use on their website. I aided in the design of their website as well.

During my senior year I worked part time at Pete's On Poinsett. I was a cashier and was in charge of preparing the food and serving it to customers. This job showed me how intense customer service can be and taught me to improve my approach. Patience and understanding of the customer's needs was fully realized here. The job also improved my time management skills. I had managed a full load of AP classes my senior year of high school as well as trying to get as many hours on the job as I could.
