With an established career at Ronald McDonald House Charities, our work is dedicated to keeping families together while providing their child access to critical medical care. As Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships/McDonald's Relations, my role is specifically dedicated to building and enhancing our relationships with McDonald's Owner/Operators, their crew members, and strategic partners while deepening their connection to our mission and increasing support for Round-Up for RMHC. As a result, we've achieved unprecedented growth in Round-Up revenue from $800,000 in 2022 to $1.85 million in 2023 (a 125% increase). and tracking to raise $3.3 million by year-end 2024, a projected growth increase of 312% over two years.The transition from a legal career to nonprofit leadership has empowered me to drive key initiatives in program development and fundraising. Through creative problem-solving and engaging diverse groups, our team enhances the support network for families, ensuring they have hope and comfort when they need it most
