Hectic Boost was created in collaboration with online friends as a service to "boost" lesser skilled players in the online game "World of Warcraft" who sought items or rewards that could only be achieved by high skill players. This position saw me coordinate a roster of ~20 individuals across the world. Ensuring they would show up on time and perform their best. Hectic Boost had over 150 customers, and lasted just under two years.During my time at Hectic Boost I created a website (shopify), conducted sales, handled customer support, created platform-specific marketing strategies, onboarded clients, conducted HR activities, managed contractor payments, and ensured seamless service delivery.

- Managed a community of 50,000+ followers. - Cultivated an engaged following through the curation of content that resonated, resulting in a substantial and active audience base.- Created strategic partnerships with small clothing brands. - Conceptualised and executed targeted promotional campaigns, crafted to resonate with my community’s interests.- Advised and assisted partners in redesigning their content strategy, specifically tailored for Tumblr, harnessing the platform's unique values.- Enabled partners to optimise their brand representation on Tumblr by offering consultation on content consumption trends unique to the platform.- Monitored campaign performance and follower sentiment towards compaigns, providing actionable insights to partners.

Foller was an iOS application I developed allowing Instagram users to gain followers through abuse of the #followforfollow tag. In this era of social media, follow count was everything for a business. During my time developing, I created an MVP, conducted market research, and competitor analysis. Development ceased as Instagram changed what was available with their API.
