• Promptly respond to IT-related questions from employees via email, phone, and in person• Troubleshooting computer, printer, network, software, and other IT related issues• Providing 1st and 2nd line support to all Sime Darby sites nationwide hardware and software.• 1st line applications support• Assisting with the management of D365/Annata and all of its components• Assisting with all D365 1st line support queries• Categorizing issues in the helpdesk software suite, updating, and ensuring integrity of the resolutions database and proactively informing users who reported issues• Keeping track of resolutions for future reference• Reporting on issues that are still ongoing and those that have been resolved on a weekly basis, using the tools available• Identifying and exploring new processes and procedures to save money and time for the entire organization• Managing new laptop/PC builds and replacements• Performing hardware and software installations on new and existing desktop and laptop computers• Monitoring email and internet usage for potential security issues• Assisting other members of the team when severe challenges develop• Logging warranty repairs with the appropriate vendors• Receiving and handling items that arrive, as well as managing the IT warehouse• Assisting with the administration of the phone system for the entire organisation
