Onsite Support Engineer
Current• Deliver high-touch support to C-Suite executives, doctors, and board members to instill trust, build client relationships and ultimately grow billings• Manage and optimize Citrix Cloud DaaS environment, achieving 99.9% uptime for application delivery, virtual desktops, and workspace management while bolstering security• Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting using Meraki dashboard to ensure network stability and redundancy• Implement and maintain Azure virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, and security groups to support virtual and custom working environments• Automate workflows and installations through group policy and remote management solutions to eliminate recurring ticket submissions for repetitive tasks
