Greetings, I appreciate you taking the time to read this letter. First, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jacqueline Denslow, and I am currently an Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Specialist who is seeking full-time employment. After I give you a brief background, I believe that you will find my skill set and personal motivation to be a great asset to your team. I was an enlisted member of the Michigan Army National Guard for 12 years as an Administrative Specialist before I transferred to the Michigan Air National Guard as a Personnelist. In addition, due to my passion for people and experience, I joined the Michigan Human Resources Office as a Staffing Specialist where I currently work. These last few years working at MI HRO have only increased my passion for personnel. I have also found that I am very long-winded and passionate about resumes and helping people achieve their personal goals. I would love for people to land their dream jobs through their resumes and work experiences. I would like to apply the experience and personal drive I have gained in the military to the working civilian domain in a different capacity. I am a perfect match for this position, not only because of my real-world experience and abilities but also because of my first-hand experience of working in a stressful and austere environment. I know that I can bring a strong work ethic, organization, efficiency, and a wealth of knowledge to your team. My strengths comprise technical administrative skills, in-person interaction, and an understanding of the challenges that will be presented to me. I am aware of the many skills, patience, and constant desire to learn it takes to perform in the realm of Human Resources. I believe that a balanced and successful office environment begins with clear communication, prompt execution of tasks, supporting the team, and overall performance. I feel that I possess these skills. If given the opportunity to be a part of a great organization, I know I will be able to apply past experiences to assist with and accomplish any tasks which are given to me. I would like you to know that you will find no one with more dedication and willingness to achieve success than myself. Again, thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you! Respectfully yours, Jacqueline Denslow
