• Assigned to Deep Water Projects in Malaysia• 36” Conductor Jetting (Batch Jetting Program), Narrow Margin Drilling (ECD Management), Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling (PMCD), Underreaming While Drilling Assemblies, Directional Assemblies (Dumb Iron, PDM, RSS), Drill Bit Selection, Anti-Collision, Close Well Approach, 3-D Well Trajectories, ERD, T&D/Hole Cleaning Monitoring• Executed D&M’s Most Complex 10 5/8” x 12 ¼” BHA with Rhino Reamer (2014 January) as well as drilled the same well with Zero NPT, SQ, and NO QHSE loss• Created a Batch Conductor Jetting (with 8 BHA Combination) Excel sheet to optimize conductor selection, duplicate entry checking, and auto re-arrangement of data for sequential load out resulting in reduction in handling of BHA time

• Deliver a comprehensive training to new-hire-engineers and optimize the training program• Reduce non-productive teaching days to zero by implementing a contingency plan involving secondary instructors• Lead and map a course schedule that follows a pre-requisite system of 80 different courses• Develop instructional material and teach various drilling process: o Drilling fluid measurement, and hydraulics optimization o Drill bit selection, design, dull grading, root cause analysis for drill bit failure, rock and drill bit interaction o Drilling tools operation (impact tool, hole enlargement, BHA), jar placement analysis, and drilling torque and drag analysis• Mentor and coach new-hire-engineers during and post training• Integrate training program into an online learning management system (iLearn)• Develop automated grading system to reduce marking time by 5 hours per exam and minimize human errors
