• Executed D&M’s Most Complex 10 5/8” x 12 ¼” BHA with Rhino Reamer (2014 January) as well as drilled the same well with Zero NPT, SQ, and NO QHSE loss
• Created a Batch Conductor Jetting (with 8 BHA Combination) Excel sheet to optimize conductor selection, duplicate entry checking, and auto re-arrangement of data for sequential load out resulting in reduction in.

• Deliver a comprehensive training to new-hire-engineers and optimize the training program
• Reduce non-productive teaching days to zero by implementing a contingency plan involving secondary instructors
• Lead and map a course schedule that follows a pre-requisite system of 80 different courses
