I joined the mission of the Intygral Team in October 2012. As the Vice President of Human Resources, I worked hard to ensure the core values of Intygral were met. Setting up the Intygral team to be collaborative and innovative. I led the corporate culture at Intygral to ensure employee satisfaction, which in turn, helped Intygral ensure client satisfaction.I oversaw talent management, employee on-boarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training. Intygral was acquired by Zywave in July of 2015.
