I love being able to supporting the educational journey of servicemembers, veterans, DOD, and dependents, through flexible online degree programs. Staying connected with students from enrollment to degree completion is the most exciting part of what I do.

Promotional Specialist: Cold calling to prospect new accounts via telephone, email or in person. Develop and cultivate existing business relationships. Effectively communicate with supplier and client through the entire process from quoting items to delivering the finished product. Process purchase orders and finalize invoices.Customer Service Manager: Supervise a customer service team in the office supplies industry. Provide training and direction to team members with the overall goal of providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Address disputes when team members need additional assistance communicating with customers.

Assist clients with customized products and services through Print and Digital Advertising. Work with clients & potential clients to customize programs that include print yellow pages, internet yellow pages, websites, SEM, SEO, Live Shoot Videos, Google AdWords, LocalVox, Online Display Advertising, and more. Every client's needs, goals, and budgets are addressed when creating a solution based marketing program.

Oversee titling, registration, and licensing for all vehicle transactions in compliance with Department of Motor Vehicles for the State of Hawaii. Organize and maintain electronic and manual files for all transactions. Assist staff, customers, and lenders with questions in person, telephone or written correspondence. Receptionist and front desk coverage on occasion.

Assist Director with departmental tasks as necessary for weekly services and special events. Work directly with CEO to produce desired results for performances and events: Script writing, set design, lighting, directing, video & music productions for performances/presentations, ballroom set up, and more. Program Director for televised broadcasts; coordinate and oversee Multi-Media, Lighting, and Audio crews. Created visual effects through lighting programs, created and built/oversee set designs, etc

Administrative support for insurance sales team. Set up appointment, cold-calling potential clientele. Organize, maintain, and process documentation for clients.
