As a Case Manager at HomeFirst, I provide support and guidance to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing. With over two years of experience in the field of family services, I have developed strong communication and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and compassion. I have worked with diverse populations and collaborated with various agencies and stakeholders to address their needs and goals. Previously, I was a Behavior Specialist at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. and a Family Specialist at Uplift Family Services, where I applied evidence-based practices and interventions to improve the well-being and outcomes of my clients. I am currently pursuing an AA degree in Psychology at Gavilan College. I am passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and achieve their potential, and I am always eager to learn and grow in my profession.
