Manage programs to achieve the business objectives and meet the obligations of the contract. Responsible for planning, staffing, monitoring and reporting all aspects of comprehensive programs. Provide direction for operations and contract compliance with management policies, plans and procedures. Responsible for project managing applications development and enhancements for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office on Smoking and Health. Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Develop project documentation, secure skilled resources, and establish the appropriate project team. Coordinate the efforts of a diverse team of Northrop Grumman and CDC personnel to ensure successful project completion. Partner with CDC to identify and deploy innovative technology and functionality.

Responsible for project management of the development and enhancements of information technology systems and equipment for various divisions and web based applications. Managed the project scope, team and stakeholders relationship. Fostered the relationship with the business owner by understanding the priorities and business objectives. Worked closely with the subject matter experts to understand and identified the business needs and objectives. Facilitated communications between the project team and application support team to ensure a timely and effective transition.
