Reporting directly to the President/CEO, I am responsible for directing the operations of existing work and also new business development, establishing company goals and tracking accomplishments of the business area managers. I oversee the job performance of department directors and upper management within the company. I have executive-level responsibilities such as developing corporate policy, communicating my expectations for success and also communicating our organization's mission to potential strategic partners.

Responsible for Business Development and Capture activities focusing on the western US market with a goal of expanding the Saalex presence to include OCONUS and FMS contracts.

I report directly to the Chief of the United States Military Training Mission (USMTM) to Saudi Arabia, an Air Force Major General. Much of my responsibility is acting as a liaison between the Chief and the other members of the USMTM leadership team, aligning execution to goals and removing roadblocks to success. I am currently developing the USMTM 5 year strategic plan.As the Chief of Staff I effectively lead the Joint Directorates and Special Staff to achieve the mission and goals established by the Chief. I represent the organization, internally and externally, in such a manner as to reflect positively on USMTM, the Department of Defense and the Department of State. I routinely interface with senior leaders in DoD and DoS including the US Ambassador to Saudi Arabia and his staff.I direct a joint staff consisting of 150 military officers in the rank up to 05 and civil servants in the grade up to GS-15 with an operating budget of over $30 million. My direct report staff includes Personnel and Manpower, HR, Intelligence, Operations including Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection, Engineering/Logistics, Mission Relations, IT/Communications, Finance and Budget, Comptroller, Medical, MWR, Family Support, Contracting and Protocol.USMTM executes a Foreign Military Sales case portfolio of almost $80 billion for the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Defense.

Responsible for Business Development and Capture Management. Identified potential business opportunities, assessed competetion and formulated bid/no bid decision recommendations to the CEO. Formed strategic relationships with senior leaders of other companies to pursue new areas for company growth.
