As part of Ducks in a Row Events, previously known as 501(c)3 Events, I work as a staff member to alleviate the stress of the event night.I am responsible for helping guests with registration at non-profit auction events. This includes checking guests in, recording their information for invoices and payments, and distributing bid numbers. I am also responsible for updating guest information and entering bid entries into the data system using software programs such as Greater Giving and/or Auction Maestro Pro. With short notice, I am required to deliver reports to event managers during the live auction event to ensure that the auction is operating in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, I am responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues with the computers as well as any errors found in the written recordings of the silent and live auction bid entries. Before the end of each event night, I perform a pre-audit to resolve any issues while guests and clients are still present before the final audit is completed during the week following the event.This position has been placed on hold since the start of the Covid pandemic.

As a leadership team member, my responsibilities included organising activities and schedules for Camp Emerald, the summer music camp for queer youths and allies. I also planned and assisted with fundraising events. This included making promotional videos to attract donors on social media websites and fundraising websites. At Camp Emerald, I helped keep camp stay on schedule and took on any tasks assigned. I communicated with youths and volunteers to ensure that all their needs were met.Additionally, I provided support to fellow leadership team members and their projects.
